If you are otherwise healthy, adding phytoestrogens to your diet could easily help your pre-menopausal symptoms. Have you stopped menstruating altogether? Did your mother experience an early menopause? If yes, then start by adding red clover, chaste berry and soy isoflavones. Do not underestimate the benefit of dietary phytoestrogens.
Also, do not neglect exercise and avoid plastic wrap and be wary of environmental toxins such as insecticides, all of which can wreck havoc on your body's natural hormone cycles.
